Discovering UK: far beaches and high moorlands

You could stay in Cornwall a week, and yet you'd have a lot more to discover. It's a pity we stayed only two days, but I took lots of pictures anyway. So much beauty! So, as I promised, here we are with my second Cornish post!

Ci si potrebbe passare una settimana, in Cornovaglia, e ancora rimarrebbero cose da scoprire. È un peccato esserci rimasti solo due giorni, ma sono comunque riuscita a fare moltissime fotografie. Così tanta bellezza da catturare! Così, come promesso, eccoci qui con la seconda parte del nostro viaggio. 

Discovering UK: Cornish fishermen, smugglers and buccaneers

August 2013. 9 am. We can glimpse the sea from our B&B room window. And the shower outside, as well. A solid gunmetal sky, menacing and stormy. And we're supposed to explore the Cornish seaside that very day. It is not ideal, indeed, but that doesn't refrain us.

Agosto 2013. Ore 9. Dalla finestra del B&B possiamo scorgere il mare frustato da un violento acquazzone. Il cielo è di metallo, un solido, minaccioso e temporalesco grigio piombo. E proprio oggi dovremmo visitare la costa della Cornovaglia. Non è il tempo ideale, è vero, ma questo non ci ferma.
